my arms hurt..

..legs hurt..chest hurts...even my hair hurts! New workout is SOLID...but good - nice to change it up a little and get a bit more of a challenge...

Started a pilates workshop too and the class/instructor are fantastical - join, spread the word :)

up at 0545..

..for the first time in a long time - eesh..first day back in the gym and start my new workout programme. Shall be brutal but very necessary - can't wait for the after-feeling already..
