i have so much to learn..

stood in the shop..
...& deliberated for about 20 minutes before deciding to buy it. trying to save pennies for the usa road trip but this was a one-off and something i've been hoping to find for a loooong time now. waited 15 minutes for the shop assistant to help me with it to my car before i got sick of standing around and dragged/carried it out there myself, with it's one handle. maneuvered the car seats around to fit it in and took it verrry slowly on the car journey home incase it slid around and whacked me in the head or smashed a window. then spend 20 minutes struggling to get it up a winding, narrow staircase, into its new home. happiness is, a vintage trunk ;)
