"one of the worst things you can do is isolate yourself. he'd go to clubs, he'd travel, he went to dinners, he didn't judge. he didn't put down rich people, he didn't put down poor people. he was interested in it all. i think that when you're isolated, things fall apart. it's so important to have a variety of opinions, to see a mixture of people. that's where so much creative stuff happens."
